Sigma GM is some potent stuff. I need to get bloodwork done (before and after) but I can feel a difference. I have to take two pills as three gets me edgy and four gets me so wired I can’t sleep well, and I feel very nauseated. Two pills up to three pills on occasion works well. Take magnesium glycinate to sleep well and you are good to go. Big gains in the gym. Big libido boost too.
