After one night. I am thrilled. Im not in nearly as much pain as I usually am when I wake up. From my neck to my hips. Will update after a few weeks of use. So far, so good though. It fully supports my head on my back or side. It is a good value for the price. Perfect firmness for me, soft yet supportive. It holds its shape well throughout the night and does not compress to a flattened pancake like other ergonomic style pillows can. The shape fits my head, neck and shoulders nearly perfectly. I did let it sit for 12+ hours before use to fully expand since it was vacuum sealed to save space.

I have had way over 20 back operations and procedures including the fusion of the lower half of my neck. Lately, It appears that the muscle between my thumb and forefinger on my left hand has totally attrophied and the right hand is starting to suffer the same problem. The hand surgeon looked at the EMG test results and said I had severe ulnar nerve tunnel problems in my elbow(s). and needed immediate surgery. BUT, the problem could be with my neck given all the operations I have had on it. So, I ordered this pillow thinking that it would help with the chronic pain and received it a day after my rhizotomy. The pillow is an odd looking duck but it really does its job. The pillow experience of the first time I used it was like the first time I ever got on a memory foam mattress. Just like that soft, comfortable, firm but easy grip. I like it a lot. BUT there are a number of ways to use it so not every way is the best way. You will have to experiment which way to place my head, do I like removing one of the simplemto remove bottom fillers, is my head in the pillow enough or not? Questions with only opinions as answers. I like it as it decreases my chronic pain and is certainly the few bucks it is priced at. What more can I say!

Magical!! I wish I had bought this pillow years ago. I've been on a mission for several years to buy the right pillow. Each and every time it was a fail. My sleep has been horrible due to not being able to get comfortable. I had researched many cervical pillows and decided on this one due reviews and price had very little to do with it. Since I've had the pillow, I have slept great every night! I mainly sleep on my side and some on my back. The pillow cradles my head for both positions. Usually for the side I do move my head a bit out of the cradle. The only negative and to me its no big deal is the sides. It showed you can rest your arms on the sides but for me its wonky and its not comfortable. Again, no big deal. I have already recommended this pillow to 2 of my friends that have body aches! It really does keep you aligned.

I really love the support this pillow provides. I have been training myself to sleep on my back more and it’s great, my neck doesn’t hurt or move around much after a full 8 hours. At first I wasn’t sure, it felt too tall with my old mattress but taking the adjustment out helped. Now I have a “tempurpedic” knock off mattress and the full height lets my shoulders relax more. Only issue is it looks dumb in pillowcases lol.

After a lot of research on pillows for neck and shoulder pain, this one appeared to be a good one. From the 1st night this pillow has been a game changer! I used to wake up in the morning with a sore shoulder (side sleeper) and neck pain. I have not had any neck or shoulder pain since the 1st night of use! I love love love this pillow because of the pain relief I get every single night. The quality of the pillow is high. I am so happy I made this purchase.

After losing my memory foam cervical pillows during a recent move, I was compelled to purchase new ones. However, the initial purchase proved to be too firm for my comfort. Consequently, I opted for a cervical pillow with an ear indentation, hoping it would alleviate the pain in my ear, particularly when listening to sleep sounds through my earbuds. Unfortunately, the pain persisted, and the side wing-like features intended to provide a more comfortable hand or arm position proved ineffective. Despite these shortcomings, the ear indentation has proven to be a somewhat effective solution. However, the pillow’s overall comfort did not meet my expectations. While it is softer than memory foam, it lacks the characteristic softness of memory foam, which is surprising considering the absence of memory foam in its construction. I have not yet had the opportunity to wash the pillow, so I cannot comment on its durability. In terms of weight, the pillow is significantly lighter than my previous hard memory foam pillow. The product images accurately depict the pillow’s appearance, but the comfort level did not align with my expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing this product again. It is possible that some of my dissatisfaction stems from my initial expectation of a memory foam pillow. Overall, the ear indentation is a functional feature, but its effectiveness is limited when using earbuds. The pillow’s neck shape is comfortable, but it does not provide the same level of support for side or belly sleeping.

Excellent neck support makes sleeping a lot easier

Great for back sleepers! Neck support and comfort when you figure out the correct placement. (I started out too low). I no longer wake with a stiff neck and headache. I also get a nice stretch and support through my upper thoracic spine. Not comfortable for sitting up in bed to read, watch TV, etc. No support in this position. Not recommended for side sleepers. Too thin and squishy to provide needed height/support to compensate for shoulder width. Neck will not be in a neutral position but will fall towards the bed instead. Pain. Boo.

Very special comfortable pillow, very soft. After having tried it, I can say that it is an Excel product
