It gave me good results and focus in the gym too so on that basis I am happy to recommend it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Too sour for me *by B***Y on 19 January 2025* This pre-workout comes in a good strong plastic tub, this pre-workout has 36 services, and for making a dose a measuring cup is included in the tub with an anti-humidity bag to protect the product. I usually spend two hours in the gym so I have taken one or two teaspoons of this as part of my pre-workout shake, before 30 to 35 minutes of gym time. It dissolves very easily with water so it doesn't require an epic amount of shaking when using a shaker bottle. Its ingredients are good for increased blood flow, endurance and recovery. Works very well. The taste of this pre-workout is quite sour so it's not easy to drink, some people's tastes vary a lot and adding extra water according to taste is easy enough but I don't like to do that because it's hard to finish it. Very difficult for me to drink it. I haven't been able to take a full dose because of the taste, for me, it's too sour.
