Lovely bag, loads of space, looks nice. Unfortunately the stitching on one handle was undone so bag unusable. But have returned and will order another as I really like the bag!!

broken after one day!bought this for school. had my laptop, a notebook, stationery and water bottle- so not much content at all- the hook part broke off and i had to carry it around school with the handle instead. absolute waste of money!

Very strong handles but not so strong shoulder strap. The clip broke. Holds my laptop and everything I need for work but not a very strong shoulder strap...

Bought this as it said it fits a 17” laptop. Unfortunately it is about 1/8” too short. But, my laptop no longer supports windows 11, so when I downsize to a smaller one, it will be perfect! I do still use it as a carry-on and my iPad. Very well made! I love the 🖤 embossing! And the little hidden pocket is perfect. And you can slide it right onto your suitcase also. I feel it was a definitely a great buy!
