Great product to enhance your dyed leather product
Did exactly what it said. Used on a leather holdall and belt. Really made a difference to the finish of the product. Easy to apply

Great product
It worked very well when I had to prime the inside of leather boots that were leaking colour.

Great stuff
I used this after dying vachetta leather on an LV handbag. It sealed it brilliantly and left no residue or streaks. Didn’t dry sticky.

Not impressed
After watching reviews on Resolene Neutral By Fiebing I though I would get some. The finish is dull and on top of acrylic paint, the colour still rubs off onto the cloth. Seems as if I will have to give it several coats, what a faf.

Outstanding results
This did the job. I dyed a pair of tall Dr martens a purple colour. And used this to seal the dye. Still going strong a year later. Easy to use.

Amazing
Very easy to apply, it leave a super shiny coat. I did find diluting it made it a little less shiny but it still worked great, making it even better value for money.

Great product- save my project from dye bleed.
I was struggling with a piece of saturated dyed leather. Washing it and then using this, as recommended, absolutely did the trick and saved my project. Brilliant finish and no more bleeding of my dye.

not DIY friendly
Not sure if its the current heat, or what, but wouldn't use these products again, probably even considering the paints over dyes then sealing which I didn't like idea of as I thought they would be poorer wear. Despite multiple coats of resolene over the dye and left for a day still seems tacky and can directly transfer dye directly onto your hand/arm/elsewhere ( was hand brushed thinly not lumped down). Isn't this meant to be a finish that stops that? If anything just seemed to re-wet the dye and pushed the dye around the sofa?? I preferred idea of dye then seal and wanted to use as learning opporunity. The oxblood dye a little messy but worked, expected that to be messy ( tried to prep all the sofa first with acetone to prep) The dye taken seemingly ok However the resolene doesn't seem to be working at all ( perhaps I need more, but the pots sold, are very small and nothing to suggest the small pot isn't enough) Would have prefered to try airbrush but didnt have to hand so followed advice to Each brush of the product onto the work, despite being applied dry, seems to be picking up dye, rather than laying down finish? Did not work well with hand application, despite saying could apply on? Each brush is actually pickup up dye onto the applicator, so perhaps all its doing is spreading the dye around Not sure if this is specific to the oxblood dye As a result Its still bleeding really bad has been a bit of a nightmare and left not wanting to use Fiebling for DIY again, perhaps better for experienced leatherworkers. Going to now look for another finish product that perhaps can be sprayed on

Amazing product.
I called to have my leather couch recoloured and the price that I was given was almost $850.00.. I started to look on line to see if it can be done by ordering something for the internet. I found this after searches and much reading. This product had great reviews and when I used it, the product was so easy to use. The couch was just like new again and the product worked better then I had ever thought it would. So glad that I didn’t pay that money that I was quoted and tried this product. The couch turned out great and I still have $850.00 less the cost for this product. 😃

As expedted
Use a brush and don't over do it. Let It dry first before you do second coating.

A Game-Changer for Leather Finishing!
I recently got my hands on Fiebing's Acrylic Resolene, and let me tell you, it has completely transformed my leatherworking projects! What I Love: Incredible Shine: This stuff delivers a truly professional, high-gloss finish that I just couldn't achieve with other sealants. It brings out the richness of the leather color beautifully. Durability: My finished pieces feel so much more robust now. It provides a fantastic protective layer against scuffs and moisture, giving me confidence in the longevity of my work. Ease of Application: Applying Resolene is a breeze. I used a sponge applicator, and it went on smoothly and evenly with no streaks or blotches. It dries relatively quickly too! Versatility: I've used it on everything from wallets and belts to journal covers, and it performs exceptionally well on all of them. It's become my go-to topcoat. No Stickiness: Unlike some other finishes, Resolene dries completely tack-free, which is a huge plus. No worries about dust sticking to your freshly finished leather! A Must-Have for Leather Enthusiasts! If you're serious about leather crafting and want that extra polish and protection, you absolutely need Fiebing's Acrylic Resolene. It's worth every penny and has elevated the quality of my finished products significantly. Highly, highly recommend!
