Well worth the money, Easy Install and Super fast on high. I have bought 3 of these fans now All in bedrooms and I will hopefully be getting a 4th for the living room without lights. Wiring in the fan myself is fine there is no need to a permanent live connection. These fans have kept me cool while working from home and genuinely cannot fault them. They include a couple of weights to balance the fan if needed which helped on one of my installs and it runs whisper quiet. I'd love to get another white one instead of the chrome but unfortunately I think they have stopped manufacturing them as they do not know when more stock will be available. I'm buying them up while I can.

Looks absolutely beautiful (I got bright white bulbs) only downer is it could be quieter and it’s in replacement of my 5 blade fan so naturally 3 blades are less wind/breeze. Speed 3 is still quiet enough but I’m gonna move it to a smaller room. Love that you can move the lights to how you want them

A really well made and good looking product which is easy to install. I got this one specifically because it's got lights with replaceable bulbs. Most of the others have a fixed led light and I'm not sure what happens if it stops working. The direction of the lights is adjustable. I've got one pointed directly down at my easy chair, allowing me to read in good light. In order to ensure the fan is well balanced when it turns, a small kit with an adjustable weight is provided. However, it was not necessary, as the fan is well enough made so as to be perfectly balanced right out of the box.

At first unpacking this fan I thought I need an electrician, but after reading the instructions found that this was not the case. Fan installed by myself a novice DIYer and the finish result is amazing, quite and breezy. No balancing required. When you switch the fan on it starts at level 3 and can be reduced to level one with a couple of pulls. Top fan for the price.

Very well constructed but the wiring connections doesn't allow for the common UK "Loop In" type of house wiring. The unit only has three connections, Live, Neutral and Earth. However to be able to use the fan independently of the light (e.g. light switched off at the wall switch but the fan still running) there needs to be 4 connections, Switched Live (for the light), constant Live (for the fan), Neutral and Earth. My previous fan/light allowed for this but I was surprised to find this one wasn't (probably because it originates from the USA where house wiring is different). So without modification the only way to have the light off but the fan running would have the wall switch on and then use the light switch on the unit itself. This is OK unless you wanted to use a dimmer switch, as you don't want the fan connected to the dimmer switch. The only solution would be to split the red/brown wires so that the red wire is connected to the switched Live and the brown wire connected to the constant Live. This will of course void the warranty of the unit and should only performed by a qualified electrician.
