pretty sweet with too much sugar coating

This is my favorite zinc supplement I've taken in a long while. I've taken other zinc gummies but having a sugar coated gummy just can't be beaten in taste and texture. Easy to take and definitely easy to remember to take because i look forward to it so much. The 180 count is regarded as a 90 day supply as you the two daily but i prefer the one as having that much zinc isn't something i would want to take. So the 180 count bottle lasts me half a year which is a great deal!

These zinc gummies by Natural Bioscience taste so delicious! It has a slight berry taste and is covered in sugar. I have a sensitive stomach and haven’t had any stomach issues with taking two gummies every night. I normally take these about 2 hours after dinner (instead of with food) and have had no issues. I love taking zinc to help with immune support and this is very important during the winter when colds and the flu are circulating. I am a vegetarian, so I really appreciate these are safe for vegans and vegetarians. The bottle contains 180 gummies which will last you 3 months. Highly recommended!

As a teacher, I try to pay extra attention to my diet and vitamin intake during fall and winter in hopes of warding off at least a few of the bugs my students carry around with them. Zinc is necessary for the immune system to work properly (and you need it BEFORE you come in contact with the germs, not after you're already sick), so I figured these would be a good option to try. Overall, these have a decent flavor, no particularly odd aftertaste or anything like some gummy vitamins have. They're sweet, but not overly so in my opinion (though they do have 3g sugar per serving size, which isn't ideal, but not terrible). I usually only take one, not the serving of two, given its quantity of zinc (and I also eat a lot of beans, which supply dietary zinc as well). Most importantly for me, they aren't STICKY. I HATE gummies that stick to your teeth and leave you picking at your teeth or wanting to brush.

As a teacher in the thick of sickness-spreading season, I'm taking these regularly to try to keep myself from succumbing to the ick. These taste decent, way better than the chalky texture of Zicam. They aren't super soft and squishy like gummi bears; they're more like the orange slice classic candies, and the flavor is a pleasant mixed berry. There's lots in the container, too, so I'm hopeful they'll see me through the season. Recommended!

Zinc js really important to me, especially in the winter and when traveling. These gummies taste great and really love the ingredients. I only take when I am traveling or feel like I am coming down with something so far they seem to be working !

Having supplements in gummy form is a nice way of getting my daily intake of vitamins but they are often too sugary, sadly that is the case with these zinc gummies. Personally I would not recommend these if you aren't a fan of gummies that are coated with sugar.

Each gummy is sugar coated so they do not all stick together in the jar. They have an odd berry flavor, but still likeable. Two gummies are 50mg or 455% above the recommended daily allowance of zinc. I like that these are just zinc so I don’t have to worry about consuming too many mg of other vitamins I may be taking. Includes 180 gummies at 2 per day which will give me 90 days of zinc supplementation. The expiration date shows 3 years before they expire.
