I’ve tried many, many waist trainers (an embarrassing amount!) but I think I may have found a winner this time! Not only does it shape your waist, it also corrects your posture. I’ve actually been consistent with this one because it’s easy to get into and out of. Full disclosure - I had to order another one today (no Prime day deal offered today - booooo!!!) but anyway, I need to downsize (my own fault) because when I pulled it tight like a corset it was well beyond the Velcro. Hopefully the medium will give the corset hold I’m looking for. Again, I’ve only had it a month - but it’s already yielding results.

Okay so I've been searching for a waist trainer for years and have been skeptical about trying them especially the expensive ones because I wasn't able to commit to a healthy life style yet, but now that I have been taking my diet and exercise into account, I felt why not just try it, especially since I've already lost some weight on my diet. This product does tighten up your core, and love handles, but it will push your upper back and arm fat over the top lol so don't think that it's magic, my stomach doesn't hang, I just look like I'm about 5 months pregnant all the time 🤣 for the money I would say that it's worth it, but you will need to diet and exercise to get the shape that you want. Also I ordered a size Large because I am 5'7 & 176 lbs. But they sent me a Medium, honestly I'm glad that they did because I think the large would've been too big to be efficient. I feel like the product also provided back support which is great because I've always struggled with back pain because of my scoliosis. The material is high quality but it does roll down a little on the top🤷🏽‍♀️ I still think it's worth it though. Will update if necessary.

This was good for about a month but afterwards it began to fall apart. The fitting took a little while to get used to interms of comfort. I tried wearing it the first week to jog and o couldn't. It was good for walking bit not comfortable for jogging. Also i could anly wear it for about 2 or 3 hour without it being painful but over time this changes. It does give you that coco cola fitting which is great. It pushes the breast up and though this is good its also a problem because it pushes the bra up to the point it just looks off with the wrong top. Sweat wipes easily and no smell. At first i got a 1x based on reviews recommendations but it was too big, i exchange for a large which works great. volcro started falling apart and the sewing also began to fall apart making it difficult to still put. For the amount I paid for this sculpt touch trainer this was not worth it. Very disappointing.
