Excellent steamer!
This steamer has great features such as a versatile arm to hold the clothing being steamed snd the brush attachment. It’s easy to unpack and set up for first use. I have a friend who used it for her dress, a pair of pants, and a shirt and she was so impressed she’s ordering one. I also enjoy that it’s relatively compact and easy to put away.

Works well
It does a good job, but if you're hoping to steam drapes while they're on the Rod, this is going to be a hard tool to use because the hose is not that long. You're going to have to put the entire apparatus on top of the table so that you can reach the top of the drapes. Otherwise it works well.

Must buy - great for all clothing.
This is a fantastic steamer. I use it for our boutique. It had a malfunction and the company immediately took care of it. Will purchase again for my home too!

Works quickly and efficiently
This is great it warms up super fast and works very well. I wish the clips didn’t move and stayed in place but other than that it was a great purchase for me. I also still haven’t used it on the furniture yet but I’m sure it will work well with the attachment.

Trash at this price, water tank is super hard to clean

A little disappointed for the value
It works BUT, leaks and has a lot of water in the bottom once you’re done. I have to turn it out and put a maxi pad in the spout to absorb all the excess water in the bottom once done. I wouldn’t recommend this as hand held steamers work just as well as this does.

Broken after 4 months
I bought this steamer end of April 2025 and it stopped working almost exactly 4 months later. Do not recommend.
