Terrible
As a teacher, I found this book to be useless. The format is terrible for a first grader. The lines provided are way to small for a first grader to write sentences in. I would recommend Scholastics success with writing as an introduction to sentences for 1st graders, as well as 180 days of writing for 1st grade.
