Review: Quality board at a decent price. - This is well made, certainly better than the Intel mobo it replaced. I'm no gamer so can't comment on that aspect but the inbuilt graphics chip seems plenty good enough for my modest video needs. Plenty of instructions for installation, it went together very smoothly. People say the AMD boards are slower than Intel to start up. Mine takes about 20 seconds without any messing with the settings, a lot faster than the (ancient) mobo it replaced. For my modest needs my 12 year old Noctua fan keeps the processor at 30-35 centigrade, nice and cool. You will judge for your own needs, but I'm delighted with it. Review: very well built board - very well built board. very stable with 7800X3D and RAM at EXPO 6000 setting ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Brand | ASRock | | CPU socket | Socket AM5 | | Chipset type | AMD X870 | | Compatible devices | Personal Computer | | Compatible processors | AMD Ryzen 3000, AMD Ryzen 5000 | | RAM memory technology | DDR5 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** ASRock - **CPU socket:** Socket AM5 - **Compatible devices:** Personal Computer - **RAM memory technology:** DDR5 - **Compatible processors:** AMD Ryzen 9000 Series - **Chipset type:** AMD X870 - **Memory clock speed:** 8000 MHz - **Platform:** Windows 10, Windows 11 - **Model name:** X870 STEEL LEGEND WIFI - **Memory storage capacity:** 256 GB ## Images ![AMD X870 Steel Legend WiFi AM5 DDR5 PCIe 5.0 ATX Motherboard - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81B5L3l-r6L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality board at a decent price. *by S***? on 17 November 2024* This is well made, certainly better than the Intel mobo it replaced. Also the board caused a number of issues with other components. I ended up going for an MSI X870E and I reccomened you do the same if you can afford extra price for peace of mind. ## Frequently Bought Together - ASRock X870 Steel Legend WiFi 7 AMD Ryzen Socket AM5 ATX Motherboard DDR5 DIMMs 8000 MHz 256 GB SATA3 6.0 Gb/s USB4 M.2 - AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core, 16-Thread Desktop Processor - SAMSUNG 990 PRO SSD NVMe M.2 PCIe Gen4, M.2 2280 Internal Solid State Hard Drive, Seq.
