Very sturdy product. When delivered the end of my box was torn wide open and I was worried pieces would be missing or broken, but everything was fine. One metal piece has a small scratch but its the mattress frame and you can't see it. I put it together myself with a power drill, took a little over an hour. It is quite heavy though, when I had my mattress delivered I had to ask the delivery guys to move it into the bedroom for me. The hardest part was closing the hydraulics for the first time. I had to go push down hard on each side a few times before they finally 'broke' and went down. Also, I had to keep something on the frame to hold it down until my mattress came in - I used the shipping box and a heavy blanket. Makes no noise moving around on the bed. Only thing- The plugs on the power strip are too close together to use both at the same time with USB adapters, but that's a small complaint for how awesome this piece is.

After reading the reviews I bit and bought!!! Very simple to put together just take your time. Sizing is perfect, mattress fits fine. There doesn't seem to be ANY noise when lifting / lowering the platform. The build quality of this bed seems very good and well thought out. The dimensions / thickness of the headboard is just right...

The bed is beautiful and easy to assemble. The material is good and well made. Only issue is that the charging part is defective and the UsB port won’t work with any USB cable. Size is great a bit lower than what I was used to. The alignment is really good and love the option of being able to store things under the bed with ease.

The bed frame came over a week early so that was nice. I put it together by myself and it took like 4 hours, tightening all the bolts is what took so long. The directions are very straightforward and have pictures that show what way the pieces go. It was very easy to put together. Everything was packaged very nicely. The only holes that weren’t predrilled was the power strip for the top which wasn’t bad. It is a very quiet bed, size is as described, for the price it is really good. It feels pretty sturdy so far.

Had some trouble with this one. We bought the king beige one. Came in dented on one board, a messed up screw part, and one of the hydraulics wouldn't work whatsoever. Couldn't get ahold of the company so Amazon had to help us with the situation. They were very helpful and we had to go through another sent bed to get the parts we needed out. It was a big headache honestly. I am just glad it's all settled now and the bed is decent now. The quality is ok but the look is nice.

1. There are many pieces to this bed big and small which leads to many steps that require you to rely heavily on pictures for directions.2. The pre-drilled holes do not always align perfectly once pieces start coming together.3. The worst part…if you need assistance with any faulty parts there is zero help from the manufacturer (whom Amazon referred me to first) // literally can not get a hold of company to get 2 pieces replaced because they DO NOT WORK. The gas struts that are crucial to allowing this bed to lift are useless which defeats the purpose of this particular frame. And of course because these pieces are part of the last steps in the process, there’s no way of knowing you received faulty parts until you’ve already put together the entire bed.4. Amazon is of no use when you try to figure out a solution.The plus side, it looks nice but again it doesn’t serve its purpose if you receive faulty parts and both the manufacturer and Amazon are of zero help. Save yourself some time, frustration and maybe spend a little more $ to get a better product. Reading the reviews I figured it might take a while to put together and concerned about missing hardware. It took me 2 hours to assemble, I have other tools that did help speed the assembly other than what they send. As for being short screws, it was not an issue. The frame seems to be a decent quality and was simple to assemble.
