I love blood orange anything
Well just to let you know please make the best blood orange or teammings. We call them Divas. Easy to divide and freeze and they taste wonderful even after Frozen and thawed.

Recommend diluting with OJ
This is the best blood orange purée I have found for martinis so far. The color is a little brown and the flavor a little intense and sweet so I diluted with a little regular orange juice and it is fantastic that way.

Plastic taste
Do NOT buy. This item tastes like pure plastic. Whatever it is supposed to taste like is overpowered but the plastic container that it comes in.

I wish there was more blood orange flavour...
Good flavour. I wish I could taste more blood orange. It is mostly sweet with a tarty twist, but refreshing in the end. I use it for making flavoured water and add a small amount of citric acid to add more tart. Not bad. The syrup is a light maple syrup consistency. I like that. After a week+, I am changing my mind about the flavour. I really enjoy the blood orange flavour. Can it get any better than freshly squeezed oranges?
