It opens downwards so you get your fingers and hand soaked in dirty cleaning solution. The pads are nice but id like a little more fabric to get into some of the deeper grout lines of my floor.

Best mop system ever

Super handy, hands never touch the water
Very well-thought-out product. Good quality components, great size for larger areas. If I don’t get the water too dirty, I can leave it stored in the corner, easier to grab for a quick clean up, and empty when it’s dirty. I would like a scrub pad with more aggressive, longer fibers for heavy scrubbing. I recommend this product, it is worth the money.

Awesome mop!
I never leave reviews but this product is so great, I had to!! We got the extra large bucket and two mops. I hate mopping and this product made it easy and fun!! I won’t mind mopping anymore and when you’re done mopping, clean up is easy!! I only wish I had found this sooner!!
