I have been taking this multivitamin for about 2 weeks now. The first thing I noticed was the difference in my digestion. Another pro for me is that I only need 4 to 8 oz. The taste is not horrible but I am very picky. Taste like other multivitamins powders I’ve had before. Unlike my previous one this one has electrolytes. I run heavily so I do need more to supplement on the days I am active.

This is an awesome and super easy to use daily vitamin mix to add to your water. The mix is not too sweet and just a little bit of a tart flavor. It blends very well with water and has zero sediment or chunks. It’s such an easy wellness addition with all the vitamins and additional electrolytes, I highly recommend.

This is a great alternative for anyone that doesn’t want to add more pills to their diet. I take so many pills already, various amino acids, fish oil, etc. I do agree the taste isn’t the greatest, but it’s vitamins not koolaid. I usually mix it with my creatine and lots of water, then sip it during workouts. The taste isn’t horrible, but if you still don’t like it simply mix it with juice.

I first found this brand during my third pregnancy when I couldn’t stomach taking a prenatal pill. I drank the Root’d prenatal throughout the duration of my pregnancy and switched over to the regular multivitamin after I was finished breastfeeding. It’s an excellent vitamin and it’s very easy to take since it’s a powder. I mix with the minimum amount of water (4oz?) and drink it. It does fizz, which I wasn’t crazy about at first, but have gotten used to. I actually find the multivitamin tastes better than the prenatal-but then again things may of tasted off to me while pregnant. I love that it has electrolytes in it and I don’t have to take a vitamin and then turn around and drink an additional hydration drink such as liquid IV. Added note, with it being summertime and being outside with my kids and/or doing yard work, it’s so easy to dehydrate and start feeling terrible. I can mix this right up, drink it and literally feel back to 100% very shortly after consumed. I am a repeat buyer and would recommend to others!

these are horribly sweet, I tried using them to flavor my protein shake but couldn't drink it. I DO NOT recommend

My first dose ruined a smoothie. My second dose went badly too, because I mixed it in to fizzy water, causing an eruption of toxic orange bubbles. That one's on me; I should have known better. My third dose, mixed into unsweetened tea, wasn't so awful that I couldn't drink it, but the flavor of this mix is so intense and artificial that I doubt I will be able to finish the box. I will definitely not order this again. I thought this would be healthier than a vitamin pill, but wow, no pill I've ever taken gave me PTSD from the flavor.

I'm very happy with this product. I had been looking for a sugar free vitamin for myself and this came at a time when I really needed it. I had been having vertigo and other pre-diabetic symptoms and had to stop all sugar while I'm also on menopause. So these were critical in my healing. I gave them in auto-subcription. My husband approves, he's very knowledgeable in vitamins and supplements and he couldn't believe how great this product is. Take them in the morning or before noon because otherwise you'll be up all night! I don't like to swallow pills so this is a huge win for me. Highly recommend! Great quality and sugar free!!!

Overall, it was a positive experience. The taste was actually pretty good, which I don’t always expect from powdered vitamins, and I was pleasantly surprised by the slight effervescence when mixed with water, it made it feel a bit more like a light, fizzy drink than a typical supplement. I also appreciated that it didn’t cause any stomach upset, which can sometimes happen with multivitamins. I was able to take it comfortably and felt generally good while using it. If you’re someone who prefers a powdered supplement over pills, this could be a nice option. I would consider purchasing it again, especially for the taste and ease of taking it.
