Gentle
This is a gentle toothpaste, non-abrasive, and my teeth feel clean after use. My teeth do seem to be a bit whiter, although the difference isn't particularly noticeable.

Works best if brushed on clean teeth, then swished around them for at least another two minutes.
I had tried just brushing with this for two minutes, but it seemed to have no effect, but tried swishing all the brushing residue for at least two minutes more made the difference; my sensitivity vanished. you should only do this on with a soft brush, after two minute cleaning with using normal sensitive toothpaste, then rinse, so that it is applied to a clean surface. I suggest being wary of using a hard brush or medium hardness brush, for cleaning sensitive teeth, because they may erode them, so make sensitivity even worse.
