Omg this ice is so perfect! it can seem a little noisy when you’re by yourself but it is relatively low. Not exactly sonic ice but still soft like the sonic ice! Will update if there are any problems.

Love the Zafro 35.5lb/24hr Nugget (grey) ice machine!!! No complaints in regards to this counter top ice machine!! Was purchased in February, and it's been running 24hrs a day since it's arrival. Yes, it does have a buzzing/noise sound...but you get used to it. Sounds like a fan. It does shut off once there is maximum ice. As the ice melts, it will make more ice. It does make a re-booting buzz sound when this happens. **I DO NOT USE TAP WATER. I read up, that the best water for ice machines, is distilled water. So Distilled water it is. The ice tastes clean, and crisp!! Also purchased Descaling tablets for inner machine cleaning, for once a month cleaning. Great purchase/happy customer!!

PLEASE READ This ice machine worked fine for about 8 months. It started making a really obnoxious noise and quit producing ice. The manufacturer suggested I clean it with vinegar. That did not resolve the issue. I was told it is probably an issue with the motor and was only offered a 30% refund . I expected more than 8 months of service when the machine was almost $200. Very poor customer service and company accountability. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$on this product. Now I have lukewarm drinks until I can purchase a better ice machine

I love the ice it makes. I am actually drinking more water because of the ice chips. My only complaint…it is very loud. I read the reviews about it being loud, but figured I could handle it. I now only turn it on when I know I’m going to need it.

Ice production: Great for making nugget ice but when you put the ice in a container, it all froze together, so I returned the product. It wasn’t the right one for me.

I have had this now for over 7 months and it’s still going strong and husband loves it , easy enough even he can do it ( and keep it clean)
