The one I did receive worked as advertised when first installed for about two weeks until it rained for the first time. The Camera filled with water stopped charging by solar and the camera filled with water and completely stopped working all together. I have not been able to reach customer service as of yet trying the last two days with no response to emails or requests for call back it just rings in their end no one answers or called back left details of the problem and I am looking for a refund product does not perform or stand up to the elements as advised. I will try again tomorrow to reach manufacture if unsuccessful I am going to contact Amazon and find out why I’m unable to reach seller or customer service after leaving detailed messages and ways of contacting me back. This product is no as it’s advertised at least this particular camera isn’t what it’s said to be which is very expensive and not water proof. I liked how it worked up until it rained in it and camera filled with water almost instantly. I’ve uploaded two photos of how it was installed and a photo of the sealed gasket for power supply with water and dripping out of it with rust appears to be seen by eye.
