Great paddle for beginners. Good price and quality. Has the texture surface which helps a lot with control. Grip is very nice and made for big hands. I have a small hand but it fits nicely. Well spent money. There is no cover.

Good starter paddle, kid loves it

The paddle is light weighted, and the size is perfect for almost any play style and grip! The balance on this paddle is more towards the front end, easier to swing and provides more accuracy even for the amateur players. Very noob friendly, strongly suggest any new pickleball players to grab one of these, and move up to their higher tier products! The almost perfect starter paddle money can buy!!

Lasted 2months and the handle broke on me in the middle of a game decided to open it up since my return window closed and its made with a cheap plastic honeycomb handle.

I've been using a starter paddle that came in a set of 4. This is definitely an upgrade. The grip is a little shorter than my starter paddle, but it is much more grippy. The face is longer than my starter pale, and has a texture to allow more control and spin on the ball. The edge bumpers feel well-attached. It is lighter than my starter paddle. I see this as a step up for a recreational player like myself who plays frequently, but isn't looking to win competitive tournaments. It's a big step up in quality over a starter set, but I imagine the improvements to step up to a professional paddle beyond this a would be more incremental.

This paddle feels extremely premium for a new pickleball player. I purchased it so that I have a decent paddle to advance from the beginner to intermediate stages, and after putting in a number of hours with it, I'm confident I made the right purchase. Its weight feels just right for me: light, but without feeling hollow or sacrificing too much power. The texturing on the surface also allows the beginner to practice and use spins in their game. The build quality also seems superb. Great product overall!

Broke after 1 month of use, right on the handle and on a serve. No damage to the paddle, an obvious manufacturer defect. I tried to go through site warranty but they want 25USD to ship it back which is half the cost of the paddle. Will not be buying from them again obviously.
