I really wanted to use it, so I tried to work with it, but it eventually got so stuck that there was nothing I could do, and I had to return it. The second one works great, however. I use this to transport the dress I wear to LDS temple where I work, and to carry other items I need, but I could easily see myself using this as an overnight or weekend bag, especially if I were attending a wedding or something else where I needed nicer clothes. I love that it's a garment bag and a travel bag in one, so I don't have to carry multiple bags with me. It's a little bit cumbersome to open it up fully and to close it fully– you definitely need to put it on a bed or the floor to get it zipped back into its bag shape from the garment bag (and vice versa) but it's such a clever design, I don't mind.
