A**.
The A3 is rugged, powerful and works well, however slightly difficult to do maintenance on.
This bike works fantastically, battery gets me to work and back in one charge, (about 2 and a half miles through slight urban density) and I've relied on it for my transportation locally through my town. However I had an issue trying to change the rear tubeless tire... The hub motor is directly wired to the controller with no connector, so the only pheasable way to work on it is to flip the bike upside down and use the frame as a surface to wrench the tire back on, I've had a few small frame e-bikes like this and all of them had a connector plug for the rear wheel to make it completely removeable, which would make this process infinitely easier. However it isn't impossible, the underside of the frame has a small metal plate which can be used to set the axle on, just make sure you put the tire on the right way around and reinstall the wheel exactly how you undid it. You can undo 1 of the 2 bolts holding the brake on without detuning it too bad, and the small screw with the curved plate attached is for tensioning the chain and should be tensioned before you tension the axle bolts. An extra set of hands from a friend is incredibly helpful as you need to hold alot of things level to fit the axle back on to the frame right. It is extremely frustrating but it is possible. Enjoy this bike and treat it well, safe travels everyone.
