What I love most is just how thin it is. It’s so slim that it’s easy to forget it’s even attached to my phone, and it honestly feels more like a standard MagSafe wallet than a battery pack. While 5,000mAh isn't designed to power your phone for an entire weekend, it is exactly the boost I need to get through the rest of my day. Plus, the matte finish feels great and doesn't pick up fingerprints or get scuffed up in my bag. It is easily one of the best purchases I’ve made if you prioritize convenience and minimalism over massive capacity. It’s hard to beat when you just need a dependable backup to keep you connected.

Updated Product Review I was not totally satisfied with the original purchase for a number of reasons. However, I also wasn’t totally dissatisfied with it either. Its biggest benefit was always its strongest selling point, the fact that it is ultra slim. First, I’d like to say thank you to Bonnie and her excellent customer service. Most companies sell you something and walk away. LISEN on the other hand actually listened and was willing to address my concerns. Obviously I was unaware there was an updated version of the product I received. The company’s solution was to replace the purchase with the newer version. They also offered a full refund, but I was more interested in the product itself and its slim profile. What has changed? One concern was the original purchase got warmer than I liked while charging my phone. This new version DOES NOT warm up while charging my phone. LISEN has resolved this issue. The original purchase charged my phone slower than I liked. This has been resolved in the newer version. The original purchase did not charge my phone completely. As Bonnie pointed out and she is correct, I own an iPhone Pro Max. The 5K version of this device or any other brand is not capable of giving the larger battery in the Pro Max a full charge, but it will get you 80% of the way there (typically good enough). If you’re looking for a full charge on the Pro Max, purchase the larger 10K version of the LISEN (full charge plus). The original purchase took a long time to recharge. This issue has been resolved in the newer version. It recharges at least as fast as advertised. My final issue with the original purchase was the MagSafe connection. The primary connection is strong and that was true on the original purchase. Not falling off. My issue was and still is that it can twist easier than I’d prefer. If you’re familiar with the MagSafe design, it has the circle and line on the bottom. The line on the bottom prevents a device from twisting or turning. This portion of the magnet could still be improved, but is a minor concern. Updated conclusion. The newer version is a solid product and delivers as promised. And again, its best feature is how slim it is (unmatched in the industry, at the moment). Less bulk, less weight. They have resolved the biggest issues, but could improve it further, per my last comment. In all, I’d give it 4.5 stars, but that is not an option. Because they addressed the most pressing issues in the new version, it gets 5 stars.

I purchased this item because I am often out when my phone battery is about to die. I typically buy a battery case, but couldn't find one for the iPhone 16e that had a USB c plug that allowed data transfer. So, I discovered this Magsafe portable battery. The slim design is perfect. It adds a little weight, but not like the others, which are much thicker. However, I will clarify that the thicker ones provide more battery power. It had an on/off switch with 4 lights to show you the battery charge. This battery only provides a half charge on my iPhone 16e. For those of you who own a 16e, you know it doesn't come with magsafe, but Qi charging. However, using a magsafe case now allows this portable battery to work to charge the 16e. The battery holds strong to the phone. No fear of it falling off. Although the first battery I purchased got super hot when charging. It was so hot, I couldn't hold the phone or battery. The phone even said that it stopped charging because the phone got too hot and would resume when the phone temp was lower. I contacted the Seller and they sent me a replacement. This one still got warm, but not scalding hot. The warmth is due to the generation and transfer of energy via the magnets. I wouldn't recommend turning on the charger with the phone in your pocket. It gets really warm. The battery pack charges fairly quickly with fast charging. The battery can not be charged by Magsafe or Qi. You have to use the cable to charge it, and it comes with a short USBc cable.

This is the SECOND time I have ordered these exact chargers because I loved the first one so much. Unfortunately the new one is quite a bit worse. Let me start with the FIRST charger I ordered. Apr 23, 2025 I purchased my first Lisen Ultra Slim 5,000mAh MagSafe battery pack. I absolutely LOVED it. It was durable metal construction, the metal helped dissipate heat well, I showed it off to everyone and recommended they get them for their own phones. Unfortunately I recently misplaced the battery bank and it’s probably gone forever, but until recently I used it almost daily. I figured “let me order it again because it was so good, in fact this time I’ll order TWO! So I can have a backup and always have one charged and ready to go” Today I just received my two new battery banks. They are both identical to each other, unfortunately that’s a BAD thing, in the last year they have changed their product. Now instead of an Ultra Slim metal case that does well with dissipating heat, they are plastic construction and a little thicker now because of the material change. The price is the same as it was a year ago, but the quality has unfortunately gone downhill. I checked and they are both “Sold by: B King” so it’s not as if it is a different seller that just changed slightly. It’s the exact same seller and the exact same listed product, just now inferior to the original product. I’m disappointed that this charger that I once raved about to my friends has become a victim of cost cutting.

I love how slim and good this feels in the hand when connected, making it easy to use my iPhone while charging. No, it won’t fully recharge a dead phone to 100% like a 10,000mAh battery pack, but do you really need that? I use this when at Disneyland and it’s perfect for getting me through the day. Wirelessly charging, it adds an extra 40% charge to my iPhone 16 Pro Max. For example, I can drain my battery from 100% to 60%, slap on the charger, and then get boosted back to 100%. I'm essentially getting a 140% battery for my iPhone 16PM to get me through the day, which is plenty for me, even at a place like Disneyland which is notorious for battery drain. This battery pack also allows for wired charging, which is more efficient and should provide a higher boost, although I haven’t tried that yet. Bottom line, I recommend this item if you need a moderate boost to get through the day. The slim and lightweight design makes a big difference—I hardly notice it while using my phone. If you’re looking for a full recharge, you’ll need something bulkier, but that’s the tradeoff. For me, I’m glad I didn’t let battery anxiety push me toward something bigger. It's just a joy to carry around, as much as something like this can be.

I am upgrading my review of this product due to the excellent customer service I got from Lisen and had the chance to test out a replacement of this item which they sent me. RRO Sleek nice look. The LEDs look cool showing progress when charging. This did not come with a power supply to charge it so I used one I already had with a USB-C connection that it came with. Seems like a lot of companies are not providing the power supply. My primary need for this is when I have to meet someone and the power on my phone is low it is nice to have a backup power source that is easy to use. CON It does not fully charge my iPhone 6e. It will charge it about 50% of what the phone's battery can handle. Based on the description I expected to get 1 full recharge. Customer Service sent me a replacement which worked as claimed. I can charge about 50 to 70% of my iPhone 16e capacity. For my needs this is ok in most cases since I do find on occasions when I need to run out to meet someone an my phone battery is very low. The light weight and slim design makes it easier to gram and take with me. For iPhone 16 users, if you want to something to recharge your phone get the the 10K instead of the 5K. If all you need is something to provide enough power to your phone when you are out then the 5K is enough until you get back home or office. WARNING: If any portable charge starts to get too hot stop using it. I found the first 1 I got did start to over heat Putting in on a metal cabinet helped to dissipate much of the heat. The replacement Lisen sent me got warm but within acceptable range and give about a 70% charge to my phone. They also sent me a 15K which has enough power to charge 2 iphone 16e.

Slim and lightweight. Very limited charging capacity though. Can hold barely more than one round of full charge of my iPhone 13 pro. Also tends to overheat when being charged/charging.

I ended up giving this away, but not for the reason you may think. I came across someone who needed it more than I do, plus the person loves its sleek design. I enjoyed it while I had it AMD plan to get another one as a replacement. The color matches my phone case, fits almost anywhere and is highly portable. It doesn’t add too much weight to the phone and provides excellent magnetic connectivity; it stuck to my phone case like a remora on a shark. It charges the phone quickly and efficiently while leaving power in reserve to either keep the phone charged during extended use or for subsequent charges.

La batería la compré para que la ocupe mi madre, ya que ella posee un iPhone mini y la mayoría de baterías portátiles añadían demasiado grosor y peso a un dispositivo que se supone debe ser muy liviano y pequeño, la batería le dio la oportunidad de poder ocupar su teléfono con menos preocupación de fijarse cuanta carga le quedaba al mismo tiempo que no añadía un peso extra demasiado grande y fuese estorboso. La calidad de construcción es aceptable, ya que se priorizó el peso y tamaño, la velocidad de carga es buena de manera inalámbrica y los indicadores que posee podrían mejorar a decir verdad.

謳い文句通り「薄い（ケース付きのiPhone 15 Pro Maxより薄い）」「小さい」「軽い」ので、いつでも付けていられるのがありがたいし、これで3,000円なのもうれしい。 ただ、バッテリーの劣化してきた iPhone 15 pro max だと、使用しながら無線充電しているとかなり熱くなる。また無線充電ではほぼ使用して消費する電流と同じくらいしか充電できないようで、そういう時にはiPhoneにくっつけながら付属の30cmケーブルを繋ぐと無線充電がカットされて有線充電に切り替わるので、急速充電できるし充電効率も高くモバイルバッテリーの残量の減りも少なくて済むので便利だ。 また、サブ機のMotorola razr 50sでもしっかりと背面に磁石でくっついてワイヤレス充電できたので、たいていの無線充電対応機でも使えることと思う。折り畳んだ状態では本モバイルバッテリーの方が大きくてはみ出てしまったが。 これまで分厚い10,000mAhのMagsafe対応のモバイルバッテリーを使っていたのだが、先日の旅行で iPhone 15 pro max ごと落としてしまったので、取り回しのよい薄型モバイルバッテリーを求めて購入したワケだが、これで落下事故も減らすことができそうだ。
