This set is brilliant

Bought for my son. Loved it!! Both the hair dryer and the shaver work on battery and gives real effect. The small beard is good for role play. He played with me for over an hour with this giving me a haircut. Good quality.

This was a Christmas present for my 2 year old grandson. I wasn't too sure he would take to it but apparently he loves it. I reckon it's great value for money.

For £20 I was expecting the quality to be a little better.. not that it’s bad but just could be better for the money you are spending. The little fake beard I threw out it bits kept coming off it.. was everywhere. (But no one else in the reviews seemed to have that problem) so maybe I got a bad one I did have the common problem of the scissors breaking on day 2, I did put them back together but keep an eye on my son while he uses them incase the little fixing flies somewhere. The barber cape doesn’t fit round my child’s neck and he’s 2, just about fits on his bear. Everything else seems great, just hoping it doesn’t all break on me but some nice bits. I originally got it for my son because he’s scared of the barbershop doesn’t like the clippers so it was desensitise him with fake ones We will see how it goes Update 4 months after original review Scissors broke completely and the little screw to secure the batteries fell out into the hair dryer and fell deep inside the toy and I couldn’t retrieve it so can’t use it What I will say is that my son who was scared of the barbers now gets his hair cut every 3 weeks and he always brings the little clippers with him and no fear at all now so getting a roleplay barber kit is worth it to try and tackle their fear if that’s what your buying it for buy a much much cheaper set because £20 was well over priced on things that fell apart. Changed my rating from 3 to 2 based on further breakages

This is a good item for boys or girls my grandson had hours of fun we all had new hair styles no real issues just follow age restrictions on box but a good toy for kids

super cute gift, my loves playing hairdresser with this. has a lot of pieces so you should keep them in a container together! the blowdryer still works. the scissors have broken a few times but clip back together, the rest all seems fun! he is almost 3 and got it when he was 2.5. likes that he can turn on the blow dryer and it makes a sound. the price is great for all the items you get. pretty toddler safe too for doing haircuts.
