these noodles are fantastic!
Im a fan! I usually eat momofuku noodles and love them. These have a lot more warm spices and the noodle texture is fantastic! I like to mix in some roasted veggies or rotisserie chicken. Soo good

Good not Great. (As assessed by a Ramen Lover)
They’re good, but as a lover of the Fly by Jing Chili Crisp, I expected more. I’m a true Ramen lover, I eat noodles of some form most every day, not because of money stress, but by preference. Truly, these are good, but I feel like I could attain the same with a bag of cheap ramen and add a bunch of the Fly by Jing Chili Crisp. I don’t know exactly what I expected, but at this price point, I expected more.

Expensive, but worth it.
Probably my favorite noodles. Comes with chili oil and I would say its a pretty complete package.

Salty but spicy
The noodles and broth are quite good. The garlic chili sauce is spicy and salty.

So much better tasting than other "instant" noodles
Really excellent, surprisingly so. Yes the chili crisp packet is a little tough to empty but if you spend 5 extra seconds with a spoon it's easy. Yes they could be spicier, but they are really very well spiced as-is. I would just remind people you can always make something more spicy! The big difference is that the noodles are not fried, and it does make a big difference in taste. Just miles and miles away from others I've tried, plus just throw in some fresh green onion and some impossible steak ends or nuggets, it's fantastic.

Delicious and chewy
These noodles are unlike any I’ve ever had. They’re spicy, tangy, sour, and very savory with lots of umami notes. The noodles are incredibly unique, and they retain their chewy texture and really grab onto the sauce. If you’re looking for sweeter noodles, try the sweet and spicy version by this brand, because these pack a big punch of Chinese black vinegar, shallots, and fermented black beans. It’s helpful to combine all the sauce packets (3) first in the bowl you intend to serve in, then add the hot noodles and toss to coat. I believe the quality is commensurate with the cost. If you’re on the fence, please try them.

Probably a one time purchase
The flavoring alone is very mediocre and probably a little strange from what you're used to. I recommend using a lot of personal add ins But the noodles are very good and I like all the health stuff involved with them (not fried, etc.)
