I took a chance on this because of the earlier review by herculeesjr which was very thorough and exceptional. I bought this for traveling with my diabetic Schnauzer, it removes the hassle of keeping ice and coolers stocked for the road. I can fit 6 - 10ml bottles of Vetsulin into it snuggly, see pictures, but I usually only need two bottles and another medication, so I used the foam that it came packed in to make a perfect fit so the medication is not rattling or rolling around freely. (also suggested by herculeesjr). After charging up the batteries, I tested this out in my Jeep in the middle of summer (106 deg) heat; it was in my USB port during the drive to work, then I parked and it shifted to batteries... I had my doubts. 9 hours later I came out and prior to starting up, checked the cooler... 35 degrees and still running! I was surprised. On my way home, I had to pick up more Vetsulin and showed it to my Vet who also has a diabetic pup, she'll be getting one of these two. The lid is spring loaded, so you can't accidentally leave it open, magnetic lid using rare earth magnets... it's not opening on it's own, and if you try to pick up the unit by just the lid, it's not opening up. The fact that I can replace the rechargeable batteries is also a big plus. Surprised at how sturdy the construction is. Beyond satisfied with this purchase.

Unfortunately, last year, I bought one with high hopes. Worked great continuously for about 3 months. It stopped. I contacted the seller to receive a new battery. I was contacted twice by the seller. Told I could purchase a battery twice, but no details—where, or if a charge—Nothing.Bought a second from this seller because I wanted this to be the convenient, dependable solution for non-ice cooling, I was looking for. This identical unit held a charge for about a half hour, then stopped working during a long trip. I threw it away. I did not contact this seller. I am quite disgusted with wasting so much money on this device—I am done!

I bought this as a gift for someone using the Forteo pen, and they have not used the medication refrigerator yet. The great news is the Forteo pen fits well! The only issue so far is that all of the instructions are in Korean, with no English version available from the manufacturer. I contacted Amazon and someone actually translated the document for us. This product simply didn't work. I bought two of these from two sources and had the same experience: the battery never charged more than two bars and when unplugged the charge only lasted only 2-1/2 to 3 hours. The product made big promises but failed to deliver.

very inaccurate. I placed a wireless Bluetooth lab certified temperate sensor inside and it never can reach the setpoint temperature of 2-8°C. The lowest temperure I have seen is 12 degrees when set to 2°C. This can not be trusted to maintain the critical temperatures required. I left for vacation in Europe 2 days after receiving the product and will contact the company upon my return.

This bag is so convenience . Now my bathroom draws look so much cleaner . Awesome

This is used to store very critical medication.The display shows 5 degree Celsius but when we measured it with a reliable temperature sensor, it was 15 degree Celsius.This could have terrible consequences for insulin and the people counting on this device to keep their medication at the right temperature.

This is actually more nicely built than I had thought it would be...I felt pretty confident about the purchase based on herculeesjr's review and details. (That guy should get a kickback!) I'm a fairly handy guy as well and had considered that I'd modify it if it didn't work as well as I think it should, but it's really very good right out of the box. Mine has been running for nearly a week now with zero issues and holding the temperature where it needs to be.
