Easy and quick to use and works great to remove food particles from between teeth and at gum line. I did need to purchase a $5.00 adapter to connect to my faucet. The water pressure at my faucet is sufficient and is controlled by the diverter valve. The handle has a push in button when pressed to temporarily stop the water flow for adjustment. This replaced a 8 month old water flosser that needed to be recharged, reservoir filled and flushing unused water out of the unit. When not in use, the hose fits neatly curled around my faucet handle.

I am very happy to find this waterpik, the smartest design I have seen: easy to use and travel with. Great customer service as well, prompt responses to questions. We tried an electric waterpik before, but it is only for 110v in the US, not for overseas travel. Then we bought a travel-size waterpik with a USB charging cable, which worked well for a while but the inside of the device got moldy after a year and the battery died as well. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for! Perfect temperature perfect water, pressure with an unlimited supply of water! No reservoir to have to clean afterwards. I would throw out the warning to get your water temperature just right coming out of the faucet and make sure it’s just not much more than a trickle coming out of the sink and then you can adjust the pressure slowly! With the knob on the side of the sink attachment. If you run too much pressure through it, you could screw up the o-ring on the inside. It just takes a little bit of adjusting to get it back into place. But it was so incredibly easy to install very easy to use. Highly recommended!
