I’m so glad I bought this one! Perfect all in one. Overall, I gave it 5 stars because it does what I needed it to. However, there are some possible reasons why this wouldn’t be great for everyone… **Food** It made crispier chicken wings than any other air fryer we’ve tried! So far I’ve used it as a toaster oven, convection oven, and air fryer and have no complaints at all. It’s all come out amazing. **Rotisserie** the rotisserie feature gets the most complaints in the reviews. I have not used this, nor do I plan to. I agree with the reviews and do think it’s large enough for cuts of meat or chickens over 5lbs **Size** Measure the space you want it in first. It might be a little large for small apartments or homes with little counter space. It fit perfectly height wise, where our 10 year old XL Ninja large air fryer was, but it is a bit wider and sticks out a bit more. If I had a small space, I would use this instead of a toaster and air fryer. It’s also great as an extra convection oven to bake and broil. It can NOT replace a range top. It also smokes a little with greasy things like chicken wings. The built in fan works, but can’t completely keep up. It might set off fire alarms in small spaces. **Aesthetics** It’s a beautiful appliance and easy to clean. I would clean the racks after each use and wipe down the inside at least once a week. Don’t use soap unless you need to. Follow the instructions in the manual. **Ease of Use** I recommend reading the user manual thoroughly to get the best use out of it. It’s easy to use, but the little cookbook with it sucks. The manual has the best tips and usage instructions. **Safety** this appliance works just like a conventional oven. There’s nothing stopping the cooking process when the doors are open. It gets super hot and can smoke when cooking greasy food. It has a fan, but it’s important to pause the appliance before opening the doors. I actually wouldn’t get this if I had little kids who could reach the counter top, or young ones who aren’t responsible. The doors are easily opened with little to no effort, and both open at the same time. The doors are spring loaded and will slam shut if not opened all of the way. It wouldn’t cut anyone’s finger off, but it might hurt a little. It also gets hot all over the outside. Not enough for a serious burn, but hot enough to hurt little fingers.

After years of trying different kitchen appliances, this Emeril Lagasse French Door Air Fryer has completely replaced my regular oven. The 26-quart capacity might seem intimidating at first, but it fits perfectly on my counter without taking up too much space - truly a case of small but mighty. I love how the heat distribution works so evenly; everything from steaks to meatloaf comes out cooked uniformly, which has been an issue with other air fryers I've tried before. The doors are cleverly designed to open together with just one hand, making it convenient when my other hand is full of food to cook. I've had other air fryers (like my old Ninja) that simply can't compare to the quality and functionality of this one. Yes, there is some smoke that escapes from the corners of the doors during cooking, but this is actually normal for air frying - it's part of how the food gets that perfect crispy texture. One thing I didn't figure out right away was how to preheat it properly, as the instructions weren't very clear on this point. For anyone wondering, you need to use grill, roast or bake modes to get the "PH" symbol on the display, run it for a few minutes, then switch to your desired cooking mode. The 25 cooking functions give so much flexibility, and I've found the timer alarm system really helpful - it beeps halfway through cooking to remind you to flip food if needed, then beeps again when finished. The machine actually continues running for 1-2 minutes after cooking time ends to vent out hot air, which keeps your kitchen from overheating when you open the doors. As for cleaning, most parts are straightforward, though I recommend cleaning the drip pan after each use to avoid baked-on grease becoming difficult to remove. The heating elements do require special care - just soap and water, nothing abrasive. Overall, this air fryer does everything I need and more, reducing my need for cooking oils while still producing delicious food. It's become my go-to for nearly everything I cook, from simple vegetables to full meals, and the included accessories cover all basic needs.

We have had this air fryer for almost 2 years as of this writing. We use this every single day, probably three or four times a day and it’s our go to over the big oven just because things cook, faster, better, and crisper. If we make pizza or toast, we use this, its perfect for a quick baked frittata - sort of (just mix 4 eggs and 1/4 c of 505 green chili together and put it in a greased metal pan for 10 minutes. Wella!) I came onto my account today because I needed to see which air fryer was it that I ordered as I’m now looking to replace it, not because it’s in any way not working, its just because if you don’t wipe this out basically every single time after you’ve air fried something you end up with the sides and the top quite messy and I just would like something that looks brand new again. I also have forgetful family members, me included. But since this has worked so well for us, I’m going to get the same thing. I won’t give it away - It will be rotated up to our small kitchenette upstairs. Oh, we love the grill feature and included pan - its for steaks and fish…we actually got rid of our outdoor grill because this just made it so easy and quick! No more yucky grill cleaning after fish…love that!
