UPDATE: bought a 2nd watch, but will only let me write 1 review Hubby's "old" fitness tracking watch began to malfunction. He tested my Fitvii for awhile and wanted one himself. He is happy. He takes heart medication, so he needs something to monitor heart rate and blood pressure. Hit "old" watch just stopped working in monitoring heart rate, yet all other functions worked. Note: accidentally have worn my watch in the pool twice, forgetting to take it off so far so good (not sure if it is waterproof) but luckily my mistake of wearing it, so far so good SUMMARY: I find this overall to be an affordable watch to monitor health. Purchased this as my prior tracker watch stopped functioning. I don't use many of the features, but wanted the B.P and Heart Rate monitoring aspects Hubby still has his "old" Fitbit which was helpful just to watch his Heart Rate rise and be unsteady, which helped diagnose heart arrythmia. the features may not be perfect for everything, but "basic" features can be monitored. Have had the watch for several months, (April 26) replacing a broken fitbit. This watch is more cost effective than the fitbit. I basically purchased this as this has a Blood Pressure reading feature, and now on meds for B.P., I wanted a watch to do that. I did not write an initial review upon purchase. I'm not using many of the functions of this watch, so I truly can't rate it other than it meeting my limited needs. But, I recently looked up and emailed direct the seller customer support line as one of the magnets on the charge cord kept coming off._ I can poke the magnet back into the designated slot, but was unable to get a good connection to charge it. The magnetic connection can only go 1 way, for the proper +/- connection, even when both magnets are securely inserted. Now factor in, putting one magnet in, I don't have an easy way to know to test which way, upside down to place this magnet. I would put the charger on for hours, to find it was not charging. I finally reached out to customer support, and THANK YOU, I received a replacement charger, assuming because I'm under the 12-month manufacturer warranty. I do find this magnetic charger easy to use. Even my fitbit had a unique charge cord, that now that my old fitbit hit the trashcan, I don't know what to do with my old charger. same with my old "lightening charge cord" for my specific model iphone. would be nice if chargers could be standardized. I went years without wearing a watch at all. I will say, that I did purchase the model watch with the elastic watch band. I prefer the elastic stretch on/off band, than messing with any latches. I do find this watch to be a good basic watch for those wanting to monitor BP or Heart Rate.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by this FITVII fitness tracker. It has many of the features I was looking for without the high price tag. The watch is lightweight, comfortable enough to wear all day and night, and the display is bright and easy to read. I like being able to answer calls directly from the watch and receive notifications without constantly checking my phone. The fitness tracking works well, with plenty of sport modes to choose from, and it does a great job counting steps and monitoring daily activity. The heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen, and blood pressure tracking provide helpful insights into my overall wellness. While I don’t rely on the health readings as medical measurements, they’re useful for monitoring trends over time. Battery life has been impressive, lasting several days on a single charge, and pairing with my phone was quick and hassle-free. Overall, this is an excellent value for anyone looking for an affordable smartwatch with solid fitness tracking, health monitoring, and convenient calling features. It’s a great everyday companion that offers much more than I expected for the price.

Overall it's a decent watch. If monitoring your sleep is important, I dont think it is accurate. It is also hard to monitor history. The app doesn't sync with heath connect even though it appears to be connected. Fitbit would sync with heath connect then my air app would have that info. This one won't work like that. It seems to be water resistant has stated since I have washed several times. Screen quality is good and easy to see in bright sun. Battery charge last at least 5 days. Over all happy with the purchase for the price

Wow, was surprised by all the functionality of this thing. I had one of these about 10 years ago, and they have come a LIGHT YEAR since then in functionality. I am using this watch with my new Verizon Pixel Pro 10 with zero issues. Certainly gives your phone's information a boost and the accompanying app is also very nice. Overall, an excellent purchase at a very reasonable price. Very helpful for just running your phone as notifications also show up on the watch, and of course it is impressive for Fitness tracking! Grab it, you'll be glad you did...

I absolutely love the size of the watch face—it’s just perfect for easy viewing. I also adore how it tracks my steps, heart rate, and even my blood oxygen—especially since I walk about 15 miles a day as a mail carrier. It gives me that peace of mind, knowing exactly how I’m doing. I also really love the different watch faces I can choose from. However, I am super disappointed that the band doesn’t stay clipped. My wrists are really tiny, so I had it on the smallest setting, and even though it fit, it kept unclipping throughout the day. I was so excited, but now I’m left feeling let down, especially since I have to spend more money on a band or consider another watch. So, overall, it’s a fantastic watch, but sadly, the band just didn’t work out for me.

Excellent value for the price! The watch was easy to set up, looks great, and has all the features I was looking for. I like the fitness tracking, heart rate monitoring, and being able to receive calls and notifications right from my wrist. The battery lasts several days on a single charge, and everything has worked smoothly so far. If you're looking for a budget-friendly smartwatch with plenty of useful features, I highly recommend it!

We love our FitVII HM57 Smart Fitness Watches. We are old & don’t use them to track physical activities, only our steps, & the health tracking like sleep, heart rate, oxygen level, & blood pressure. The band is so convenient to make a comfortable fit because it is magnetic with no holes in it. I use the alarm function to wake up every day. It’s easy to set with the FitCloud Pro app on my phone, & is much more convenient than my phone alarm. I really like being able to see what time it is when I wake up in the middle of the night. The battery charge lasts several days. The charging cord is magnetic. Recently, one of the cords quit working properly & would only charge up the watch to 80%. We had the watches for only 9 months, so I emailed Customer Service, told them the problem & asked them what to do. I received a prompt & kind response later that same day & was told they would send me another charging cord. Wow, what great customer service! I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars because the sleep time is not always accurate & the blood pressure registers lower than our manual BP machine & at the doctor’s office. But overall, we are very happy with our watches.

NOT GOOD AS ADVERTISED

I initially believed I was purchasing a Fitbit product, but it turned out not to be one. The watch required downloading a companion app developed and operated overseas, which raised data privacy concerns for me. Because of that, I chose to return the watch. I can’t fairly review its performance, but the device itself looked sleek and felt lightweight.
