Is it suitable for Lefthanded players?

yes, makes no difference. Its just a band at the end of the day.

Would you recommend this product? Have you seen any improvement in your game having used it?

I purchased this to use as a means to strengthening my upper arms and shoulders. Works an absolute treat. At 75 yrs old after 4 months use I have added CONSIDERABLE length, not only off the tee but on every iron. I can therefore HIGHLY recommend.

How do you use the different colour bands

I don’t. They aren’t much use really.

Is there one with less tension

I purchased the stronger tension , but I believe the other colour is not as stronger tension
