Unofficially it didn’t work for me. The rush itself got too hot to hold too fast. I felt like the whole brush didn’t really take any fizz but just made my hair look flat and dull. Probably best suited for Afro or extremely curvy hair.

does the job but way to heavy for everyday use

Loved the idea of this product, but unfortunately disappointed as the battery doesn’t last very long at all-two uses after a full charge at best! It might be my product, so may have to contact the vendor, but my experience is that I wouldn’t buy again, especially for that price.

This does what it says. Easy to use and straightens my hair really well. The only downside is that is is a little heavy, so not so great for travelling.

It shut off after 30s twice before it finally stayed on and heated up (did this each time I turned it on). It did then get very hot, unlike other portable straigteners I've tried, but lasted no more than 10 mins before running out of charge. Doesn't go through the hair easily. Am returning

Useless did nothing to my hair like advertised

Run to buy this thing. I'm shocked at how well it works. I've used a flat iron for ages and this is so much better. I have thick, naturally wavy hair that I straighten after letting it air dry or sleeping on it. This tool straightens perfectly on one pass, whereas my flatiron takes a lot more work and effort. I think this must be more effective because of the comb shape and "bristles" that run through your hair rather than just over. That also seems to make it easier and faster to style. I also didn't have to pin up sections of my hair like I do with the flatiron. That said, the product includes two nice hair clips in case you do need them. The size of the tool is perfect and it comes with a nice zipper case. It was slightly heavier than "lightweight" but nothing that would make me take away a star. I actually hate "doing my hair", so I feel like this tool is a game changer for me.

The package is awesome small box with everything in a spot with magnets to keep it closed. I love the safety features( flight mode) so it won’t turn on if you accidentally push the button. I’ve touched the brush part to see if it’s hot to touch, you feel it but didn’t burn me. It’s the perfect size to fit in my purse, car and suitcase when traveling. Very easy to use, heats up very fast. First charge they say 2 hours. Works on a lot of hair styles and textures thick or thin hair to.

I also have the original size version which I like. so I purchased the travel size for my trip, but very disappointed... the charging took long heating took long didnt even straighten my hair that I wanted ai have thin hair didnt work out for me.

I did not find that this product worked well. I used it once and then it seemed to stop working. I consider trying to troubleshoot and see if I was doing something wrong, but given the price I decided it wasn't worth it so I returned it.
