Quality press and a good value
This is quality item and a good value. It's not particularly heavy but it doesn't need to be. I opted for stainless to avoid the rust issue that is common with the cast iron items.

Itโs okay
The item is sturdy, but I notice that it has a tendency to stick to ground meat when making burgers even when I sprayed it cooking oil. Easy to clean
