Really quite pleased with the cake mix.
Was great! Even better than carrot cakes I made inade in the past. I made a pallet friendly butter cream frosting (glee & honey) and it turned out great

Too sweet!
There is a list of ingredients excluded from this product, but it does contain "sugar cane crystals'".The taste of this Carrot Cake mix is overwhelmed and drowned out by its sweetness.Consequently, the taste of the final product gets lost in translation. Needless to say, not for me and would not recommend.
