This is only the second brand of sea moss I have tried. I was originally using a local brand that very much had a gel like texture and I loved it. I decided to give this brand a try during prime week when it was a little cheaper. I bought the pineapple and mango flavor. The flavor is great with no bad aftertaste. Easy to use. I just grab a clean spoon every morning and take as the first supplement of my day. The texture is much more runny than gel though. It does begin to drip off of my spoon after I scoop it. I do enjoy the benefits of sea moss. Personally, I have noticed better digestion and immune system support. I like that it contains many essential nutrients for the body. I might try a different flavor and see if the texture is any different. It is not a cheap habit, so I will continue to see if I notice any additional benefits.

Delicious. I personally think seamoss is a miracle food not necessarily the brand name but the seamoss by itself is a miracle. Do your homework and check with your doc before taking it, but for me it has done wonders. I haven’t tried any other brands but I am sure they are all the same. But if you want delicious Trueseamoss make’s theirs creamy and delicious you will want to eat the whole jar in one setting…no kidding

I Definitely Like The Sea Moss Gel, The Flavor Was Good , Then I Got A Message Of A Recall On The Brand And I Received Another Message From Amazon That My Batch Was Fine, I’d Purchase It Again.

I have just started taking it. I take 2 teaspoons a day but I think I’m gonna have to stop because it’s too much of an overload with my other meds. I haven’t felt any different since I’ve been taking it because it take like different other energy gummy’s to help out with energy so II have just started taking it.
