I use this for cooking on my alcohol stove. Perfect! It does get a lot of soot on my pits but it wipes right off and I prefer to burn this to the other bottle which produces methanol —yuk! Thank you for the quick ship and a good product! I buy this all the time for my alcohol stove and works great! Great value. Sometimes the bottle will leak a bit once the seal is broken so I try to keep it upright after opening. Not leaking at all would be optimal but I haven’t found it any kind of terrible leak. Good product. Good value. Highly recommend for alcohol stoves —but bring some wipes to clean the spot after and don’t touch the pan to your clothes or hands or they’ll be black —but it’s not because it’s a bad product —it’s just the nature of burning it. Lights easily, blows out quickly with a good alcohol burner (I’m using a Triangia with a fire regulator cap attached). This is my go-to fuel.
