Can someone answer what the bottom of the cup says? Looking for the backstamp crown mark of real bone china.

Both the cup and the saucer say the same thing on the bottom. Yes, they say "FINE BONE CHINA". There is also a little logo - thought it was something like a bullseye at first, but I think it's actually supposed to be a top view of a tea cup sitting on a saucer. There is also the word "PINLAIYUN" and some letters in Chinese or a similar language, 5 characters in this language. This is my first ever cup and saucer, so I am not familiar with any of these things, I'm just describing exactly what is on the bottom. In case it matters, all the writing is in a gold color.

How many ounces does it hold?

Prob 8 oz . I haven’t actually measured but it feels like standard tea cup size
