I feel energized every morning,even before taking. I only use once in the morning around 6am. No mess. No sickly side effects. Taste isn't awful if u just put straight toward the throat. Good price . Makes me feel ready to eat breakfast after a few hours at work. Body doesn't feel heavy or sluggish. I can see some results. But in real life .. you only have to eat twice a day.
