My husband is 6'8" and 270 lbs, with a 42-44 waist. I purchase the XXL. He loves them - they work!! + super soft and comfortable and really do work for times when you need extra protection (work, social functions, long events) - his only complaint is that they don't come in TALL - we haven't been able to find this type of underwear for men on line so far in Tall/X-Tall sizes, I'll update here if we do. So the only issue we have is the rise is not as long as he would prefer - otherwise they would be ★★★★★ !!

I have to say after multiple brands these were the best ! Quality of the material durability but most of all the absorption padding is central and doesn't wrap around the back side. My husband and I think overall these out do the other brands and worth the price difference.

Not impressed at all. The absorbent material is too high up and does not include the crotch. I had leakage between and down the legs. Did a poor job of absorbing. I will give it one more try and if it doesn't contain better I will return them.

I'm not sure how many stars to give this underwear. If you are ordering these, I would say right off the bat, order a size smaller than you normally wear. Here's why. I will be needing incontinence underwear for my upcoming surgery and want to be prepared. i ordered a size medium, which is what I normally wear, and after receiving them and trying them on, they were substantially larger than my normal underwear. Knowing the most important thing with these is the ability to catch ALL liquid, right? I thought perhaps they would shrink up in the wash, but even after that, they still felt just as loose. Never having owned any of these before, I thought to myself, maybe that's how these are supposed to fit. So, I decided to give them a "test run" as if I had a substantial leak, and the result was that they did in fact fail. Leakage straight down the leg. I'm glad I didn't actually use them in public and face the humiliation of a real accident. I reached out to the seller, who graciously offered me a full refund, so, 5 stars for the seller!!! I'm going to try a different brand and a smaller size. Hopefully they'll do the trick. Hope this helps.

These are terrible. I got them a d tried then and they leaked really badly. The sizing was terrible. I will never order these again. Amazon should not carry these

Je viens d’acheter ces culottes pour homme et je les adore déjà. J’ai la maladie de Verneuil ce qui fait beaucoup d’écoulement par période de rach et aussi du sang qui coule de mes aines même après avoir été opéré plusieurs fois pour cette maladie donc j’avais besoin de culottes qui puisse absorber. Ça fonctionne très bien avec les culottes pour femmes qui ont leur règles alors ceux pour hommes vont m’aider à ne plus mettre de pansement qui hérite ma peau. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
