Could this be used on a men's electric foil razor?

Not sure, but see no reason why not. Extremely light oil & non-staining. Just use sparingly. I recently used it to get a stick blender moving again after it had been inadvertently left in water overnight.

To liberty oil products: does this liberty oil, clear nonstaining oil contain ptfe and/or silicone?

The bottle says 100% synthetic oil. There is no other information on the label.

What is the weight of the oil? Is it non detergent?

Hey Robert, since I just wrote a review for the Liberty Oil, I figured I would comment on your question. I don't think Liberty Oil contains any detergents as such. However, the The manufacturer states that it contains "two friction modifiers". As I said in the review, I don't know exactly what that means in the context of the 100% synthetic claim.

I don't know, but generally a food grade oil is.
