It's a decent protein powder. Solubility is a major issue, quite clumpy which makes it difficult to consume However, the varieties of flavour help with consumption breaking the monotonous cycle of the same flavour daily. Packaging as well is great

Contains Maltodextrin in High Quantity.
This product contains Maltodextrin, the worst ingredient a protein powder can have, it has glycemic index of 110 nearly twice that of refined sugar.This will cause an insane glucose & insulin spike. I reached out to Carbomide Forte after confirming the product name they stopped responding. Please don't buy this product.
