Love it. Was on the fence between this and the Kindle Paperwhite, but chose this one as I don't need waterproof, and has better lighting than the Paperwhite. Also, don't have to pay extra to remove ads and offers. And not locked into Amazon's ecosystem.

I have over 700 books on mine and sometimes go through a series with the search. I did have trouble with my computer recognizing it but have managed to get round that. I have a little laugh when I watch videos of homes with numerous space guzzling books littered around. Get a reader fools. It is great for a flight or bus journey but remember when to get off. I can read it on the occasional sunny day outside too but best in my easy chair and go off on an adventure, wherever the book takes me.Everybody should have one, so light, easy to use. Fits in an inside pocket.

This was a replacement for my Nook, of which I've had two over the years, both of which have now died. Now obsolete in the UK, I was seeking a suitable replacement. The Kobo has exceeded my expectations and I am delighted with it. I can transfer epub files, using the same software I used for my Nook (Adobe Digital Editions).Highly recommended, it's intuitive when using and has excellent adjustable back-lighting.

The battery life is decent, I thought it would be more robust though. I like most of this device’s features and started using it right away. As a Pocket user, I was really glad to see that I can read my Pocket articles on my kobo.

Bought two of these for my wife and myself to read when travelling and in bed with the light out. They replaced a previous generation kobo reader which didn't have a back light so needed external light to read in the dark. works well with all e books and a good selection of free or cheap classics in the Kobo on line library.

During these strange times of COVID-19 I'm finding this gadget very useful. I use it to read ebooks borrowed from my public library. It is very easy to set up and to use. I bought a cover but haven't borrowed to use it, as it made the Kobo too chunky. Although not a fan of ebook readers, in these times when I can't get at a library or bookshop, it does the job fine and I can see myself using on holidays in future.

Delivered promptly. I download ebooks from my local library. Very happy with Clara, backlight changes as needed. Recommend.

This product was for my husband who had always read a Kobo, when renewing this kobo it started to misbehave, it was returned to supplier and we were immediately supplied with a new one. Excellent.
