This product is good for whenever you run short of electrolytes and need to boost them up inside you quickly. This doesn't happen often in our home, but when it does, this product takes care of the problem fast. Seems expensive, but helps prevent bigger health emergencies. Good product and tastes fine.

Gave the powdered version a try because it's portable and cheaper than the bottles. It's fine, just shake it well, not gritty or different tasting from bottles imo.

It has a great and more powerful taste. I prefer it to pre-botttled Gatorade.
