I’ve been using the Vuse Mint Ice Extra Intense Flavour Pods (0mg, 2 pack) and they’ve genuinely helped me reduce my nicotine intake down to zero. The mint ice flavour is strong and refreshing, so even without nicotine it still feels satisfying to use. That “extra intense” flavour really helps take away the feeling that something is missing when stepping down from higher strengths.
