Once you begin practicing and start feeling your way through the sequences of his teachings, you begin to see how synchronicity starts to play out in your one life. Listening to his teachings on YouTube enhances what you explore in this book to hear the actual tonality of the lessons, but simply reading the book is worth it in itself if you choose not to listen to the recordings. Darryl Ankah is practical in the way he presents the composition of this book to ensure you understand, that the information he is receiving, is nothing for you to have to "believe" but rather to keep an open mind, take time to contemplate how it may resonate with your own life and how it may be if benefit for yourself and potentially those around you. Respectful, enlightening, deeply knowledgeable information that you can test out in your life experience and see how it could potentially enrich the experience you are already having, if you choose. I recently received it and I am halfway through the book. This is one of the best informative books I have ever read. Darryl and Bashar's explanations have helped me understand theories I could struggle to comprehend if I read from different sources. Each new information brings such joy that I spend a couple minutes to process and enjoy them. I am deeply grateful to Bashar for his dedication and I am really thankful to Darryl for choosing to convey these valuable information to us.

Interesting about about human life on all its levels, physical and spiritual. Human and being an aspect of the Divine One.

Great book!

These are some of the most effective and straight forward foundations of self help information I have ever encountered. After just a short exposure, I find myself returning to them again and again with increasingly better results. The beginning is harder to swallow, but the fact that I found myself wanting to believe is a testament to the author's apparent sincerity. While I wish the ET part could be true, for believers it serves a valuable function of feeling lees alone in a polarized world. A galactic connection across all space and time with aliens that are only interested that we can 'be our best selves' so that we can contribute effectively to the whole is so comforting. I found it funny and endearing that an artist with a lifetime background in movies essentially describes physical reality as a filmstrip. Thanks Darryl and Bahsar; what priceless information.

Amazing!

This book and the concepts within are helping me to achieve changes within myself that I have been desperately seeking for over a decade.

This little book contains Truth-Full wisdom that will change how your entire Life works, functions and is enjoyed. That is…IF you apply the principles within it. Breaks through the lies and programs we have been led to believe about ourselves (and others) to help us flow with ease and lack of negativity or judgement. Highly recommend!!

Primera, el precio me parece elevado para la extensión del libro (es REALMENTE muy pequeño). Y la edición no es de lujo. Segunda, cerca de 40 PÁGINAS son dedicadas a profundizar conceptos. Interesante y todo PERO uno compra el libro por la fórmula, no los conceptos. Sí me sentí un tanto engañada con eso. No profundiza más en la fórmula (que es lo que yo esperaba), sé que queremos profundizar en la fórmula para "entender" mejor, pero solo son nuestras inseguridades que nos hace creer que nos falta más. Tres estrellas porque supongo que Darryl y Bashar mismo nos han dicho que la fórmula es así de simple haha. Pero al menos hubieran hecho este pequeño de libro en versión de lujo por el precio....

I found Darryl on a podcast about 2yrs ago, and I’ve been loving Bashar’s message & guidance ever since, he’s made an enormous difference in my life & how I experience myself, both of which have transformed in amazing ways. I only got the book yesterday, but wanted to leave a quick review to comment on the quality of the book, which is fantastic. The outer covers are really quite thick & shiny, and the pages are also a type of paper that is thick & shiny… together the experience/ effect is definitely that of a “handbook” type vibe. So although it’s paperback, It feels very durable and designed thoughtfully so you can take it with you throughout your day to day activities/ travels etc so it’s always close to refer to. The writing layout is really lovely to engage with… I’m very excited to read this book, I will leave an actual review when I’ve finished it. I can tell though it will be something I refer to often / re-read & keep close by.

A must read if you want to change your life for the better

Short, concise, simple. Anyone can follow the formula and it really is life changing.
