This lipstick has some serious grit! Got my package right before supper, put on a full face(for me thats eyeliner and lipstick leave me alone) we had spaghetti, this stuff didnt transfer, didn't wipe off, didnt move! Get done, put the kids to bed, then go to bed myself completely forgetting I was even wearing it. Wake up, its still there and I promise you I sleep like a feral gremlin with my face borrowed in mound of pillows. Eyeliner was hanging on by a thread and by that I mean it was down my face not my eyeline. Fast forward to supper the next night and it FINALLY budged it made it through a rack of ribs, a large pile of potatoe salad, way too many baked beans, and two large slices of pie before it finally died. 16 hours of wear before I needed to reapply. The color was dead on, perfect coverage one swipe covered completely with minimal excess

The color matches the listing, it does not transfer, and it is very, very difficult to remove. The doe foot applicator is on the tiny cheap side and doesn't hold much product, so be prepared to dip in a few times to get full coverage. Let it dry and you're good to go. I ate and drank, smooched the cats and no transfer at all. That said, be careful in the application stage not to let it get outside your lip line or on your fingers. The staining is immediate and fierce. When trying to remove it, I see this is one of those formulas that'll take a couple days to completely disappear. Unfortunately, the stain is a weird pink so I'd have to wear a darker color to hide it if I had to go out and see people. I tried my makeup remover cloth, oil-based makeup remover, Vaseline, and still weird pink.

Loved loved the product. Goes on so beautiful and smooth, dries fast and stays on . Only thing is color is not accurate, it’s not as it shows. I got the magenta color, and it’s actually more like a hot pink. It’s nowhere close to the color shown in the picture.

I've been looking for this exact shade in a long wear lipstick FOREVER and was very excited when this arrived; it is true to photos on my screen. I'm not a professional level makeup artist but I'm decently skilled, but I'm having a terrible time applying it evenly. Posted a question for tips regarding this specific shade, some pigments are just easier than others, and am hopeful I'll figure it out - this is the perfect 60s gogo shade. Still looking for the perfect 60s pale blue eyeshadow. Before this I had found NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Lip Lingerie XXL Matte Liquid Lipstick - Knockout (Bubblegum Pink) which is easier to apply but more purple, DM26 Baby Pink is the exact bubblegum look I was going for. I'll update the review if I figure it out, and hopefully someone will respond to my question. Some other reviews mention the applicator is a bit cheap and several coats are required, I definitely agree but I am also having trouble with the actual formula. I might try buying better applications, NYX are my favorite. It's possible I got a bad tube.

The consistency is odd. I didn’t think I received the right item at first, but it just needed to dry a little before it achieved it’s matte effect. After applying a few layers I was able to get a solid color, but I wasn’t trying my best once the shade started to burn my eyes in the mirror. It was hard to get off, but had I liked the color I suppose that would have been a good thing. Definitely no concerns about smudging here. I was going to give this lipstick a bad review, but seeing the lipstick shade in the advertisement, this actually might be the least deceptive item I’ve purchased off Amazon. I think I have to give this a 5 star review. It doesn’t feel high quality, but I wasn’t expecting high quality for the price.

Stayed on all night super cute

I was disappointed when my favorite go-too "Barbie Pink" liquid lippie (Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink in ROMANTIC) was discontinued several years ago. I tried going back to MAC MACximal Matte tube lipstick in CANDY YUM YUM which I used prior to 2018 (when Maybelline SS MI was first released in PH). But now I really preferred liquid lippies. So I tried this particular brand & shade based on several online recommendations. However, I'm not really satisfied because it's CRACKY on my lips (i.e., formula doesn't apply well despite prepping) & unlike Maybelline's ROMANTIC, this one isn't as smudge-proof as it claims to be. It disappears on my lips whenever I eat & drink. I don't need to use baby oil and/or makeup remover to get it off my lips. Also, as seen here in my unedited/unfiltered photo, the color is more of a pastel baby pink, rather than the more grown-up shade of electric pink of Maybelline's ROMANTIC. So yeah, looks like I still gotta keep searching for that elusive liquid lippie dupe!
