I'm so glad I found this, as it solved all my problems beautifully:1. The windows in my kid's room are west-facing, and it gets really hot in summer. After we had the film up, it was much more comfortable, with the heat reduced and no harsh light hurting the kids' eyes anymore.2. Our primary living room has side windows through which people can see into the house. I've been using curtains but don't like the darkness of the room during the day. I considered blinds, but they're much more costly and require a lot of work to install. This reflective window film is perfect as it gives excellent privacy during the day while still allowing light to travel through the window. It adds just the right amount of shade that doesn't make the room look too dark.3. It's very easy to install. It took me less than 30 minutes to do four windows. The product includes a squeegee, a cutter, and a prayer bottle.Overall, it's a highly effective product, and I definitely recommend it.

At nighttime the privacy disappears as the description stated, so remember to use curtains.The heat and UV blocking feature has noticeably reduced glares and heat, making it cooler and more comfortable. I also like the window tint is in the perfect shade. It softens the light but doesn’t make it too dark. Now I feel a peace of mind with my skin, eyes and furnishings all protected!Another big plus is easy installation AND it comes with all the TOOLS you needed! I don’t have a lot of DIY experience but I had no problem with the easy-to-follow instruction provided. The film is not too thick, which makes it easy to handle, yet still feel very durably and high quality. Thoughtful designs like the green sticker to peel off the backing are extra helpful. I found it looked even better a couple of hours after installation.One thing I would suggest is to measure your windows ahead of time to purchase appropriate size. Bought this to put on an odd window in my office that faces into the hallway. I hated having to have my blinds drawn all the time so people couldn't see my screen but I didn't get any light from the hallway!This was by far the easiest window coverings I have ever installed and the tools that came with were amazing/ icing on the cake since I do not own a box cutter (but now I do!) or a squeegee and using a credit card in the past has been tedious and wore down my card.It's beautiful to look at and people love walking by and seeing the details of the flowers and the rainbows and now I get some light and privacy so it's a super win all around. Highly recommend.
