Great! Mint taste can be a little bitter after a while so definitely replace them after a bit! Great distraction tool!

Not worth it, you can’t suck and get any air or any flavor. The bottom does not have a big enough hole to get any air through. The flavor is almost non existent at first but there and gone very fast. I chew on it that’s about all it’s good for.

Good for fidgeting but not for quitting vaping has no flavor and you have to inhaler really hard to feel any air come through.

It's not durable... I have had this for max 2 or three days and there are already holes in the sides. I am a nervous chewer with a vaping habit so I had hoped for this to help. And it did at first... and then it broke. The taste is fine, a nice mint. not too strong, and not too weak. If you are not a chewer, this product is great in terms of functionality. It is easy to use, but honestly not something that is worth the money. The size is fine as well, about the length of a joint... and the width of a cigarette. I might try one more similar product but, this for me was a no go.

Not sure why people are upset with this product. It’s literally a flavored rubber tube as described and pictured. Quitting smoking is hard and this has helped me “simulate” the breathing in part, which has been helpful for me. There is no nicotine in these so I’m using nicotine gum as well. Just try it! $8 is a bit steep, but still cheaper and healthier than a vape!

As a person who vape this has not been helpful. The flavor is very small.

This doesn't give off much flavor. The air pull is not the same as a vape or cigarette. Not the resistance needed to help quit smoking or vaping. NOT Recommend...
