Not to mention solving the problem of sticking food and damaged edges from heat exposure (on tools used for cooking); while also avoiding damaging the pans' non-stick surfaces, and yet strong enough not to buckle under the weight of a heavy omelet or fish.Here, I discovered the ENLOY Silicone Pancake Spatula and am beyond blown away at this ultra-fine spatula!PROS:* Does not damage my non-stick pots and pans* Nothing sticks to it and even water beads off the silicone--so it's very easy to clean.* Soft enough to bend as needed, but strong and wide enough to handle even large fish fillets without breaking them while flipping. Pancakes and omelets no longer at risk as with my former spatula.* Multi-functional/purpose, which allowed me to toss all 8 of my other spatulas and save on space and cleaning just this one.* Handle sits at a very comfortable angle, allowing easy access to reaching under foods in the pan with tighter edges.* Does NOT melt!
