Glad it came with what was pictured included guy lines and steaks
Works as advertised. Haven’t noticed any issue with the polls locking too tightly. They’re very easy to use straightforward design. As others mentioned in the reviews, the silicone chest pond caps do come slightly deformed. But, only around the skirt on mine. They were already attached to the steel pin on each pole. Rubber caps are straight upright other than the base area of each cap.If that bothers anyone, I’m sure you could heat up some water on the stove top and just place the base of the cap inside of it, and then mold it back to the correct shape.Someone else mentioned their order didn’t come with the stakes and guy lines. Mine did. Was happy about that. Had already resigned myself to the fact they might only be included when you buy the larger set of four poles.Happy with condition of what was received. Well packaged double boxed. Everything wrapped up well in plastic bags. It’s exactly what I was hoping for.If I was backpacking, I might take a single pole. Use it somewhat like a walking stick. Then use it for setting up poncho shelter, or similar.Mainly would recommend set for car camping. Or in the winter time if you have sled to pull your gear or ATV. These aren’t overly heavy or extremely long, but when you start adding all the gear together, it gets a bit heavy. Also the carry bag is a decent quality. Has a nice barrel lock for cinching the bag shut can hold all the contents including the cordage and stakes. Has two rope cords that come off of the carry bag. So, if you were so inclined could wear it like a backpack. The steel tent stakes are different than any. I have presently with my tents. Look like they should be great for tough clay soil and maybe even in the winter for icy ground.

Nice Product
I have not actually used them, but i did take them out to test them. They feel very sturdy and are very easy to deploy. The protective caps are a nice addition. They came with the stakes and a good portion of paracord. They also came in a nylon bag to help store them.

Great poles!
I bought these poles to hang an awning over my deck. I have two points to attach to my house, and needed to hold up the other side. These poles are tall, adjustable, and strong. The only reason I deducted a star is for the light rope sent to attach to the poles. They are black and hard to see and one broke pretty quickly. I’ll replace them with some stronger and easy to see.

Very nice, reasonably priced
I haven't gotten a chance to use these poles yet, but when I received them, they exceeded my expectations on their durability and ease to adjust. They appear to be very sturdy and adjust to many heights.

Quality look and feel
I bought this to mount on the back deck of my pontoon boat to hold tarp. Haven’t install yet due to boating season being over. Looks and feels very sturdy.

Poles collapsed in a light wind with rain, one of the poles bent and is not fixable
these poles seemed great when I received them in the mail. We set up our light weight AyaMaya tarp i bought on Amazon. I used the poles that came with my Ayamaya tarp, plus the Avoforest heavy duty poles. We left the tarp & 2 tarp poles , plus the Avoforest poles set up overnight connected to our light weight tarp. We got up in the morning & one of the heavy duty Avoforest poles was bent over. Broken beyond use. Also, the height adjustments on the Avoforest poles were so stiff I couldn't adjust them down. Did the moisture cause the problem on the height adjustment I don't know. I don't think I'll buy these again.
