Quiet and stylish
I was looking for a fountain that wasn't noisy and this one is perfect. The build quality is solid and I am planning to buy another one for my entrance.

The fountain doesn’t work as it is intend
There was no installation guide provided nor there is no seller contact available to reach out for help. The inner water pipe is stuck and also the motor pump and water pump doesn’t fit together. The fountain is not working as it is intend to. The look of the fountain is stunning but zero functionality.

not able to sProblem solvedtart up
I had received the item which was packed very well and was not damaged. However I had problem connecting up the pump and getting it started. The supplier connected with me and clarified the process to me. I have since installed the item and it is working perfectly. I have two suggestions: 1) Please provide some literature with the product for smooth connect up and putting it to use. 2) If possible some nice prerecorded music to play while fountain is flowing. Thanks for a good and excellent product.

Excellent prdouct
Firstly the product is awesome as shown in the video. A unique item which everyone would admire. Secondly the intsallation was a bit tough as the water pipe igot stuck insede. It was very diffcitult to get it out even after tapping it at 70 degree titlt,.Finally with the help of tools I could get it. My suggection is the water pipe could be left outside but sticked properly some where to avaid the difficulty in intsallation.
