Easy on the stomach

Good snack to pack on a trip
These saved me on a recent trip to Europe where they do not know what "lactose intolerant" means. These are not "delicious", but work when washed down with hotel room coffee

Damaged packaging
The bars were fine. The shipping of the two boxes was poor. One of the boxes was taped together as a returned product. I do not order Fody products from Amazon to get poor shipping.

Great taste
I love these bars for a quick little meal. They are really kind to my IBS and they fill me up. So glad I can order them on Amazon now! The box may seem expensive but they last me for a few months since i don't eat them every day.

Tasteless cardboard
You know there is a problem when cinnamon French toast and salted caramel tastes exactly the same - like cardboard. Also upset my stomach. High cost for worthless product. Don’t waste your money.

Sadly Fody Foods products are very expensive, which is why this is getting 4 stars instead of 5. The bars are really delicious!! Great texture, great flavor. And maybe this is just my sense of humor, but calling them IBS BAR is just hilarious to me. Pulling one of these out in the work breakroom, or snacking during a meeting and just having on full display for everyone to see that you have IBS via your snack bar is genuinely hilarious to me in this very real and sometimes awkward circumstance.

Yummy!
i’m really happy I bought these, they’re delicious. They’re 6 g of fiber and 3 g of protein. They taste exactly like cinnamon French toast and definitely didn’t upset my stomach.
